This week, Skye Learning is thrilled to feature Cynthia Holt, an experienced consultant and nonprofit manager with more than two decades of experience in management, coaching, strategic planning, grant research and writing, and more. She is a subject matter expert for several Skye courses, including Introduction to Nonprofit Management and Strategy for Nonprofits.
Holt is the sole proprietor of Holt Community Consulting, through which she supports nonprofits, private companies, and individual leaders. Her past roles include Co-Director of Statewide Purchasing for Wisconsin school districts, Farmers Market Manager for the Fort Atkinson Area Chamber of Commerce, COO and Camp Director for Phantom Lake YMCA, Director of Development & PR for Plustime NH, and more. She has significant volunteer experience as well, ranging from Board President of the Fort Atkinson Arts Council to Community Grant Program Evaluator for the Wisconsin Arts Board to Founding Member of the Jeff Co WI Farm to School Committee.
