Martin is a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM®) with nearly 20 years of experience in emergency management, public health, intelligence, resilience, and homeland security. She was worked for the government, the private sector, and the nonprofit sector. Currently, she is CEO & Founder of All Aces, Inc., a consulting company that advances racial equity and builds organizational resilience. Martin is a distinguished senior fellow for the Global Resilience Institute.
Martin has had an illustrious career in emergency management. From 2015–2018, she served as Chief Resilience Officer for the City of Boston. She has also served as Director of Boston’s Office of Public Health Preparedness; Director of the DelValle Institute for Emergency Preparedness; Acting Director and Homeland Security Supervisor for the Boston Regional Intelligence Center; Regional Planner for Boston Mayor’s Office of Emergency Preparedness; Intelligence Assistant for the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), and more.
